Store your Elixir Elysium products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Because our body butters are made with natural ingredients, they may soften in warmer temperatures but will firm back up once cooled.

4. How long do your products last?

Our body butters and perfume oils have a shelf life of approximately 12 months. Keep containers tightly closed after use to preserve their scent and texture.

6. How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. U.S. delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

8. What is your return or exchange policy?

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns once items have been opened. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
