  • Because our body butters, oils, and fragrance blends are made for personal use, we cannot restock returned items for safety and quality reasons.


💛 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to absolutely love your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@elixirelysium.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit for the affected item.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Elixir Elysium is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once they have been marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.
If your order is missing, please contact your local postal carrier first. We’ll gladly assist with follow-up inquiries where possible.
