For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

We only offer replacements or store credit for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging at info@elixirelysium.com.

Once approved, we’ll promptly send a replacement or issue store credit.
💛 Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Elixir Elysium is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once the carrier marks them “Delivered.”
